Little Sweeties will help, support and give guidance to families searching for the perfect childcare solution for their 'Little Sweeties'.
Choosing the right childcare for your children is one of the most important decisions many parents will face. It can be a daunting and frightening thought of entrusting someone new to look after you children. We will help take the pressure off by personally visiting you and taking time to familiarise ourselves with your requirements. We are on hand to help and recommend the most appropriate childcare for your circumstances.
We offer full-time or part-time, temporary or permanent, or even emergency childcare to help in urgent and unexpected situations. You may simply require childcare during the school holidays or a holiday nanny to join your family on your annual break. We offer childcare professionals for all occasions.
We can also offer a nanny who is Ofsted registered, enabling you to claim Working Families Tax Credits or to use Childcare Vouchers.
Our Screening Process
We present a comprehensive screening service and carefully check all our candidates saving you a lot of time. We verify the candidates' identity and qualifications, check their employment records and references, we request the childcarer completes an enhanced disclosure police check, and we personally interview the candidate to familiarise ourselves with their experience, character and qualities. We only recommend candidates we feel match your criteria and can show the knowledge, skills and experience to provide your Little Sweeties with a warm, caring, and nurturing environment.
Little Sweeties are always on hand throughout to provide advice and support, and answer any questions you may have with regards to becoming an employer such as employment law, tax etc. We also recommend using the services of Nannytax.
