About Little Sweeties
Little Sweeties is an independent childcare and nanny agency owned and managed by Philippa Waldren.
Philippa trained at Farnborough College of Technology to gain an NNEB Cache Diploma in Nursery Nursing where she completed various work experience placements including private homes, nurseries, infant schools and health visitors.
With over 10 years experience in the childcare sector, Philippa has worked as a Nanny, Nursery Nurse and Creche Manager and Children's Activities Co-ordinator, and still continues to work as a nanny today.
As an experienced childcare professional and having worked with children from 6 weeks to 16 years old, Philippa understands and recognises the needs of parents and their children and knows that each family has unique personal requirements. Philippa is also aware of the busy lives many families face and offers a professional and efficient service through Little Sweeties to save families time.
Through Philippa's time as Creche Manager and Children's Activities Co-ordinator she obtained significant business practice, including employing and training staff, complying with Ofsted regulations, completing daycare procedures and presenting superior care and education for all children. Little Sweeties has the knowledge and experience to ensure we find the best childcare solution for you.
